I took my ring in to have it fixed since the diamond had fallen out. I was trying to decide between getting a larger diamond put in it or just getting a new ring all together. I had been to several jewelry shops and couldn’t find anything I liked but I looked at what Karen’s had and found one I loved. I also had him fix my old ring. I am so pleased with how he restored my old ring. I also love my new ring. I wanted a lab diamond and the process was super easy and smooth and it turned out gorgeous. Thanks Jonathan for your talented, amazing work!!

I can't say enough good things about Karen's & their wonderful employees. Jonathan helped me design my engagement ring years ago, and I've been going to Karen's for all of my needs since. They have recently helped restore some of my sentimental family jewelry & helped me with repairs, resizing, & turning old pieces into new pieces. They are professional, honest, and talented in their field.
